cortisol - cortisone This afternoon, I was also told by a nurse at the clinic that my blood pressure is high and that I need to take medication for it. The doctor said he would call me back later in the day with more information. I have been feeling very tired lately and have had trouble sleeping. I am also experiencing some chest pain and shortness of breath when I exercise. My mother has told me that these symptoms could be related to my high blood pressure, but she is not sure. She advised me to see a doctor as soon as possible. I will try to get more rest tonight and hope to feel better tomorrow.
