Olomega 11 N Leptotila fulviventris fulviventris Name Buff-breasted Dove. Date July 28 1925 Ineb, well examined Identity: Bird shot by 'im' same day. local: Lake Olomega, Salvador, C.P. Set. Mark 25 Nest: in a brush and vines in the deep woods on the hillside. Nest 4' up and in dark situation. Forest trees 60' high. The bird flushed and flew up into the high trees above. Col by C.T.Mills. Nest shell of vine tendrils and a few stems like Mourning Dove. Nest Too poor to keep. [Eggs tan brown in color] Name: Mexican Jacana Date: Aug. 1, 1925 Incb. fresh Identity: Birds present, several specimens taken. local: Lake Olomega, Salvador C.P. Set. Mark 26 Q.O.U.
