Wednesday Aug 8 to Province Lake We got together some lunch and started for Province Lake wound down to Wakefield by way of Archers Pond and Ospea, and the Coa Road. Reached at Province Lake a broad very shallow lake with which summer tourist development. Then went on to Effingham Center & Falls, and East Madison, where Mr. Horrells had presents; The Sabynes, and took home L. & E. Falls, and The Center (Song of Arrow E. mod.) Caphnorides perypervens Saw a lynx between Effingham Center and E. Falls. It leaped across the road on a pine truck about 50 yards ahead. Spotted Sandhill P.
