Monday June 14 In the afternoon after clearing up more we put a pack on most the horses and made a trip up to la Pariyan on the side of Dondo Peak Mountain. We went over through brush here, nearly straight for the Mt. Near its base we dropped down into a canyon. Well wooded with Alder, Chang Aspen, Willow, Amelanchier etc. Mt. Mubigany grows on the Canyon walls and along the rimrock. We camped at 7000 feet bends a heavy growth of alder, some pohibola over 15 inches through. Set a line of traps in the willows & alders.
