Friday, Aug 14. 1924 Put in parts of the day on Shelley Saturday, Aug 15. Explored Bogoslof Macon. St. Hunte. Ogorft Kama and I went to Bogoslof Volcano in the Launch. Kama & I went across to Bogoslof Volcano in found the cave and went into it at about 205 feet, but could not explore at any further for lack of light. It was about 20 feet wide and about 10 feet high in the middle. We collected some bones. Sandflutes Sunday, Aug 16 We spent a large part of the day working on the seal Shelley gutting out the bone and putting them up to dry. Monday, Aug 17. To NE Punt Bell. Kama Ogorft and I went off to NE Punt. To look for Counded Lys also. We shifted about 39 Gns 2 from W Long For a float 7 of Painters. Kama shot 5 one. We also car about 5 Peatrose Sandfly taking one.
