Explored a portion of
the country west of
New Paris towards the
mountains & cactus
mostly of Kells which
are covered with quite
a heavy growth of oats
and maples for the most
part. Also went about
3 miles up the creek
Then I found quite
a heavily provided "bottom"
A ravine was St
which there were
many knuckles but
no birds of note were
seen there. The following
list of birds were
seen during the day
