Scopelosoma Morrisoni. Eggs laid on bits of oak bark and tango Depot/22 and subsequent days. Eggs also on Strawberry and Shin plants. Flattened infinitely with a circular superior depression from which radiate beaded ridge. Large transversal diameter about 6mm. Color strans color changing to reddish and black as larva develops. Eggs Hatched May 4 et sq. Young Larva. Liquid yellowish-green with superior and anterior blackish tinge Head large - jet black. Prolegs and in some specimens, gut: black. A frontal black shield on seg. I. Spine half together like a tortrix. After feeding, color light green with a few blackish marks. A few colorless hairs. L. 1.5 mm. When mature indication of a dorsal subdorsal and calveer streaks. Color light-green darker superiorly; head small makes itself a case either within bud or between the ribs of the leaves like a tortrix. Sticky Land to handle. Turns brownish yellow before changing skin Raspberry cherry & gooseberry.
