Second Stage June 15. Light yellowish the intestine and contents showing a Vturn. The sub.d. rows of spots most conspicuous. The upper and lateral. Each row of spots (ex dorsal) includes two on each segment. Head greenish yellow with a lateral ΒΌ circle of clearly set black dots. Pleus light green. L. 4.5 mm. Short tap. part. Head somewhat retractile. Third stage June 20. Powdery greenish white. all the dots but the sub.dorsal and sub.stigmalat are faintly visible. The latter very large and contrasting The sub.stig. spots on 223 smaller and placed sup. Disty: A large of gamboge yellow blotch between the two rows of spots on each segment. Head greenish yellow. Row of spots on last reduced. Pleus light green. Else normal. Short and tap part. Normal. L. 7mm. 4th Stage June 24. As before while spots larger, round. Yellow marks on greenish 1st pair of prolegs and ant. 1 yellow. Whitish portions fimbriated w. sprin.
