Slept. 1 Ground color dull redish, conspicuously mottled with white edged w. black dot. post. Head light bluish brown, frontal plate with a T shaped yellowish white mark the short short vertical part beyond the head and sometimes separated from the horiz. to that there appear to be two marks a posterior long transverse one and a smaller anterior opposite its middle just behind the head. Anal plate edged w. yellow with white (cream color posteriorly). Slegs - black with central white dot - 2 wings w. white. Legs outwardly blackish. Wings the anterior part of body when dist- still lives in case like xylophages and resembles Sitha ph. 2 Scopelos, Group. 5? Slegs 4? mouth. May. 1 24 (M) Malum larva. Ground color rather dull purplish red the brightness and degree of redness varying in different individuals: body covered with flecked and mottled with small spots of irregular and peculiar shape. The whole dorsal region is more or less covered with whitish under this mottling the degree of diffusion varying considerably the dorsum
