174. Fare Dec 14 Did not sleep very well last night but could only get my bath until 6.43' thin dressed and had my break fast. It has been a very bright clear day and a smooth sea. I looked over some Literary Digests in the morning and then spent the rest of the forenoon watching a bridge game, Read a little more in the afternoon, watched more bridge and took a rista and then changed my clothes for dinner. It is no long between meals that I get constantly hungry. Have no ambition to do anything but watch the bridge games and eat up until after 11. It has been just a plain lazy useful day
