SAN FRANCISCO REAL ESTATE BOARD YEAR BOOK, 1929
BAYWOOD
[THE FAMOUS OLD PARROTT ESTATE, SAN MATEO]
San Francisco’s Future
Lies Down the Peninsula
The natural trend of population growth of San Francisco is down
the Peninsula. This was foreordained by the events that located a great
metropolis on the tip of a long, narrow peninsula, with water barriers
in every direction save one.
Every day brings the Peninsula nearer to the fulfillment of its des-
tiny. Real estate values are increasing. Transportation facilities are
good and will be further improved. Existing highways are being wid-
ened and straightened and new high-speed boulevards are the order
of the day.
It takes no exceptional imagination to foresee what will happen to
values in BAYWOOD within your lifetime. We have been studying
present facts and future possibilities of property like BAYWOOD for
years, but it will only take you a few minutes to absorb them. Oppor-
tunity beckons you at BAYWOOD, whether you are interested in a
fine modern home complete to the last detail, or whether you think
of acquiring a homesite to build on, or whether you conclude to be-
come an investor in the best-selling subdivision in the State.
