broadly cleft - more widely as in the others. Stems 1" or more long - fruit 1" long by 1/4" wide - the seed 1/4" My cylindric.

33.- A. turbinata, Torr. Miss. in Herb. Gray. - Is it published? Distinguished at once by
its membranaceous capsule from a multitude of umbellate shrubs. It has a hard rigid
covering the seed, leaves often or rarely 5-lobed at base. Capsules raised in breadth more
than length. Stems annual, 2" long.
