Allium Rust bulbous - sometimes bulbiforous - coating with Time cells very marginal - scales 6-12' high, leaves equally or exceeding the scales, 3-6" broad, flat - umbels may flower, and sometimes bulbiforous, with 2 broad arching curved rays, 6-10" long - sepals acute, acuminate, white or pinkish, longer than the chambers - style short, stigma subhirsute - capsule ericoid - cells 1-2 round.
