I ate lunch on hill. So windy birds all in valley. 2/25 Sund. 6 a.m. @ Young's Ranch back of walnut Creek. 1st shot robin on tree, 2d on wing, 3rd 4th on wing. Got about 8 rob roi lark, 1 rabbit, lost a hurt out of 25 shells. Had Frida saw lots of rob. lark; crab. on road horns but on alc here, no shooting.
