The drake Cinnamon Seal's under-tail coverts now are red in the center although those on the sides are still barred. He shows some red feathers on sides & rump also. November 21, 1909. Little or no change in the Cinnamon Seal; has not lost wing quills yet. December 12, 1909, have been Red feathers appearing in Cinnamon Seal's breast and sides and head. Change seems to be quickening a little. Still retains old primaries, however. For the last weeks new rectrices have been replacing the old ones, one at a time.
