The two Band-tailed Pigeon eggs were broken by the
female, No. 27.
July 19, 1908.
I noted: an egg shell on the bottom of the summer
house to-day, so apparently at least one egg of this
species has hatched.
Aug. 4, 1908.
This pair has been sitting on a pair of eggs for
three or four days, although their squabs have not
yet left the nest.
