Conditions: - Stormy; southeast wind.
There were a good many ducks flying west along the seawall. Along the mole I saw a few Aristotetta valisineria, a few Oedemia deglandi, and a few Oedemia perspicillata. Larus glaucescens and Larus californicus were common.
I have put up the following birds since the first of the year:-

Conditions:- Rather overcast; cool; light wind.
Along the seawall and mole there were a few ducks, and gulls. On the bay Larus glaucescens was abundant and Larus californicus common.

Conditions:- Overcast; warm; no wind.
The following birds were observed:-
Colymbus auritus. A few outside the island.
Gavia. One.
Larus glaucescens. Common in marsh.
Larus californicus. Common in marsh.
Merganser. Two or three.
