" perspicillata. A few. Shot young bird. Ducks. Besides the above-mentioned species other ducks were very common. Unapproachable. Phalaenrocorax. One. NOV 11 1904 Alameda, cal. to San Francisco, cal. 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. Conditions: Clear, light wind, not cold. Larus californicus, Common. Larus delawarensis, a few. This evening at about 5:30 P.M., I saw only a few gulls.
