On the bay Larus delawarensis and Larus californicus ales occurred commonly. San Francisco to Alameda, Cal. Conditions: - 5:15 to 5:35 P.M. blear; cool; NW wind. Larus californicus. common. " delawarensis. " " heermanni. Three. Among birds brought in by hunters, I saw the following:- Rallus obsoletus, Rallus virginianus, Totanus melanoleucus, Symphemia semipalmata, Felidna alpina, Eremetes occidentalis. Oct. 16, 1904.
