As I left the house this morning I saw a few Hirundo erythrogaster next door. Some were sitting on the edge of the gutter on the roof; the others were flying. A flock of pelover passed by high overhead. Passer domesticus was abundant as far as the roundhouse. On the sand at the seawall I saw a few Larus occidentalis and a couple of Nycticorax nycticorax. Euphagus cyanocephalus appeared commonly in the vegetable gardens. Along the mole I saw a few Larus occidentalis. Far out at the water's edge were two large flocks of gulls, perhaps fifty in each. On the bay I saw a few Larus occidentalis.
