Yellow Warblers & Allen Hummers, also House Wren still here. Aug.28. W. Flycatcher seen. Aug.30. Kingfisher Called at 6:30 A.M. over Swimming Pool. Sh. Sh. Hawk & W. Tanager Seen. Aug.31. Russet-backed Thrush still here. Thrasher singing - also Meadow Lark Sept.1. Saw W. Tanager. Dnail up in Elder berry bush, eating berries. Blue Jay in quite feather! Sept.5. Russet-backed Thrush heard - lbs W. Gnatcatcher up Strawberry Canyon. Thrasher near swimming pool imitating Nightlet octaves triplets.
