Vries, House W. (building), Brewer Bl., Bullerock Creek, Meadow X., Song Sp., S.F. Torke, Br. Tonhes, Anna H., Allen H., Golden or Sp., Dut. Sp., Nuttall Sp., Pipits, Robins, Bluebird (building), Flickers & nest, Willow woodp., Nuttall W., Greenb. Goldfinch, Black h. Grosbeak, Cliff Sw. (large colony on old barn), Yellow W., Sp. Hawk, Turkey B., Cal Jay, Coast J., W. Flycatcher, Ruby-cs. K., Hermit Th., Vagis Worm, Audubon W., Myrtle W., Barn Sw., Great T. Thrasher, Linnet, Purple F. Apr. 19. White-Throated Sparrow seen from dining room window several times 'fled- ing in oaks. Colony very bright. Many Townsend W. Singing. Oaks in full leaf and blossom. Knight (B.C.) heard once. (Apr.21. Fox Sp. gone. Also Kinglets, Thrush, Junes, Cut. Sp. and Robins.) Titmouse feeding brooding mate. Apr. 27. Junes (per. res.) singing near Yk. Theater. Also picking up food from seats during concert.
