1 Song Sp., juncoes and brights. A full plumage
Varied Thrush walked for five minutes.
(One in juvenile plumage flew at Fox
Sp. and Brown Thrasher when they came to
pool.
Dec. 3. Beautiful day. No wind. Varied Thrushes
Came for water.
Dec. 4. Heavy frost in morning - first time -
Bandes Br. Thrasher has half of tail feathers
1/2 grown.
At 9 a.m. birds came in following order:
2 Br. Thrashers (1 banded) to take their bath.
2 Sp. " at bath - later 4-
1 Thrasher.
(1 Varied Thrush (bath)/ Fox Sp. (bath) + drunk
1 Fox Sp. scratching, 1 male flicker drinking
1 Hermit Thrush
3 jays in bushes
1 Wrentit " "
Snail on ground
9:16- 1 Jay on table.
20 juncoes about bath.
2 Purple finches drinking & bathing
1 Song sparrow.
