Jan 16. White-throated Sparrow comes many
times each day for food. At home on table.
Jan.17. Cold night.
Jan.18. Very cold.
Jan.19. ½ in. ice on bird fountain. Janie broke
ice with hatchet about 9:30 a.m. Frozen
over again by noon.
Jan.20. Very cold. Ice lasted all day.
Jan.21. Went to city for dinner. Very cold still.
Got Mr. Kirk's trap for bird banding.
Jan.23. Used Trap in afternoon. Bands placed:
