Dec.21. Rain p.m.
Dec.22. White-throated Sparrow came on to perch an
feeding little. Three Kinglets (r.c.) came
into bush next to drinking fountain. One with
flaming crown drove other two away.
Dec.23. Rain.
Dec.24. Storm. High S.W. wind at night.
Dec.25. Stormy. " " " that did some damage

Dec.27. Clear. Went to S.F. Channel and afterwards to
beach. Very clear. Beach had been swept
clean by storm of past days - Walked from
Cliffhouse to Dingleide - saw only 2 Pac. Terns,
1 gull, 1 common tern dead on beach - none of their
fresh specimens.
Dec.28. Rain & wind again.
Dec.29. Rain.
Dec.30. Clear. White-throated Sparrow came to perch.
