Mar 59
Colorado and Mojave Deserts, Calif.
The morning of 10 AM, Frank's Nords +
I got a schedule or 2 hikes & I
tried to get some photos of the
newly formed crater lake in the
middle of the valley. The sky was
very cloudy / not good for photography
(see photo #389) (or whatever)
But we tried anyway.
The road is very bumpy and rough,
but it's worth it to see the lake.
It's a beautiful spot, but you have
to be careful because there are no
railings or anything. You could easily
fall in if you're not careful.
We saw some animals too, like deer
and rabbits. They were very cute!
Overall, I think it was a great trip.
I would definitely recommend going
here again someday.
