Lehner, P. 1964 72 Sept. 29 returned to hotel at 7:30 A.M.; Willie and I caught a taxi to Forbidden City to pick up the Mustangs; nothing much seemed to be in need of help as far as preparing for the Marshalls trip so I took Willie to Hickam to get him on a flight; after several trips to Hickam and International I finally loaned Willie $50 to get him to fly commercial; returned to hotel, talked ate chow and then went with Husted, Fleet, American, and Woodward to Bentley's Martini Room where we met Carol - undoubtedly the dumbest chunk of flesh (and what a chunk it was!) I have ever seen; she came out with unbelievable comment all night the rarest one was, "No! I don't go to bed with anyone, I'm not a prostitute and I don't cash Traveler's Cheques." Later we went to the French Quarter where Fleet swallowed a ice cube (and possibly a glass) after being hit in the face with a tassel behind which was nothing but skin; from there to Coco's for some chow; most of us had Nui- burgers; henceforth, Fleet and my greeting has been Nui - I predict this word will last forever; called Maria Ferraro earlier - 9:30 tomorrow night.
