4 May 81 Tucson Ariz. 6015- 32 & Tyrannus verticalis '86X197' ♀ Brown. Bill & legs black. This seems to come nearest T. verticalis but this and some I have referred to T. prociferans do not fully answer the descriptions in the Key and seem to me to intergrade between these two forms. Is it possible they are only varieties instead of species? and these specimens intermediate. 6016 32 & Ceiinus morelroacensis 6.2X9.8' ♂ Brown. Bill black above brown below. Legs light brown. Borus says "North Am. common everywhere." This is the first of This species I have seen west of the Missouri R. Was in Willows along stream. Wagged its tail like a Flicker. corrects. Key [illegible]
