I. 10 13 14 June 7 While in Curtis meadows this morning we noticed a fish hawk's nest on the top of a large pine tree about half - a- mile from the meadow & back in the woods at the foot of a ridge. The bird was attracted to go to it. I doubt if any fish hawks were nest near the shore of the lake or its tributary rivers. All go back at least 1/2 mile or often two or three miles according to the species.
