Setophaga rutilicilla.
Redstart sings freely.
Lake Umbagog, Maine.
1900.
Sept.3 On landing (at Pine Point) I found the woods about the
camp alive with small birds, but I was too busy to look them
over thoroughly and recognized only a few among which were
a Redstart, an Ovenbird and a Winter Wren, the first of which
was singing freely.
