25 has tip of snout much more broken Measurements don't bring out these differences in head shape because the ♀ is much thicker in proportion to the length than the ♂'s and consequently girl measurements are skewed since the two males don't show it I learned from above the same differences appears in #29♀ The head is much more compressed & is sharper Osteology When removing the skeletons I dissected the animals with great care & the following results are certainly correct #29♀ I. boraxia #29 ♀ Teeth formula 47-46 Teeth set loosely in 47-46 sockets & could be easily moved with the fingers; teeth curved slightly outward, & very sharp. The anterior ones of each jaw are accordingly small & if they had not been carried in situ the for- mula would almost certainly be given as different because the very minute anterior tees would surely be lost by ordinary preparations.
