1920 Humpback, 7 June - off Sechelt B.C.
Clean black sides, tips lead black - much
white on center of flanks but not in belly
of pummus white are black - white is
only on fold - betweenpectores is
a large vertical of white & a white spot.
many white circles on right ramus
which extend in center up to the edge
of the lip & an a large patch - from
eye to pectorale, right side, low white edging
to folds - a white of an right side
up of posternums below - Only white on keel,
are breaks in very bottom of all fold
where they end - perfect 10 flukes pepper
& salt - No white on sides of stern & breast
except white edging to sides & Stubs of fins
has out margin white both sides - Dorsal
surface black - white spots on navel -
dorsal fin is beautifully marked with
white along out edge & on sides -
Picture - Right below at post, insertion
has a large black patch for 1/3 length
of fin - rest white marked with wide
black patches on the 1/3 toward tip -
center 1/3 pure shining white - until edges
black - Left fins same as right
Extreme Characters Top peduncle well
crenulated between ventral valves & flukes,
is low - pectoris bulge high - notches of flukes deep
& closed tight - edge crenulated
