We coasted my to Round Hill Island then changed course and took departure for Akureyrfjorden Greenland - Passed hundreds of magnificent icebergs afar off off this part of the Labrador Coast. There were beautiful than any we have seen. Rising wind from the N.W. Other symptoms of bad weather. Battle Harbor to Greenland. Wed. Aug. 6 - 1913. Rain and N.W. gale. Everyone except Jot and myself are seasick. Later on I had a touch of it; the second time in my life. I hope there is no third time. We are standing watch on the forecastle with the seaman looking, we feel that this extra precaution is well worth the inconvenience. The ship heaves and dives; the engine runs madly at each pitch.
