And still it blows! (nineteenth sound)
I had planned to walk my land today but it was blowing so hard that I thought it would be more fight than fun. James took two of his skis from in the rack and was both around on the sails,--on the rails not for the hiking; he got barely half done with a whole day's work. It was cold too!
We believe that the jumping of what we drift ing our way with the wind & two small black men were out last night and then are more fine -- see only black & I my perfectly go out on the ice & play & cannot go home or at least find to come to follow our tracks out to the island.
I have commenced to learn shorthand and find it diverting at least & with much quiet so we enjoy in this house studying anything always is a pleasure.
This house of ours is certainly much colder than the by house at State, we are always 'on our breath' at a near the door & nearly always watching a few feet of the stove.
It is remarkable that we have had so little snow. In the whole month thus far not how one saw James and only very few flakes came in September. If we will look up our house -- I have written this page for snow at least a day than I knew!
