Friday Sept 11 - '7 11
Clear weather with almost no wind.
Continued work on the shed of our house
at the Island - Came out here at 9 am,
bringing a load of lumber, tin etc.
Sat. Sept 12 - 194
This afternoon snow came with a rush
from the southwest. I had just finished one front
door.
Just now working on margin.
Sunday Sept 13 - 194
It snowed all day and we were glad
to remain indoors reading and taking life as it came.
Monday Sept 14 - 194
The snow storm changed the country
around into white and red in morning. Later this
morning the motor boat stopped by having
four inches of ice she around had started
down to Sulphurville early in order to bring back
mud but a hill had freshened the way.
