24th Dull in morning, Clear- ring by 9 o'clock. Wind N.M. A new member to my apple Tree family is Mr. Hairy woodpecker. He is not so tame as the Madam. Glass. 15-36. 25th. Glass 12. Clear, but cool all day. Not above 36 at noon; 3 woodpeckers. Blackbirds stay, saw a flock eating seeds on Ground juniper. /26th. Glass 19. Began snow- ing at 6 and about 2 1/2 inches fell by noon, when it cleared P.M. Beautiful. Glass about 40 at 4 o'clock. Perfect winter weather. ✓27th 25 in morning, Cloudy, 46 at noon, Clear, No new arrivals. Wind E. in P.M. and hazy, a slightly cloudy. 28th. Glass at 20. Sun rose in clouds, red. White frost. Very slight haze at 6 o'clock
