Open, gravelly, averaged
plains -- etc. as in 0725.
Plants with a stout,
woody taproot and a much
branched woody caudex,
producing short, leafy,
marly prostrate sterile
stems and more erect
fertile stems with
larger leaves. Flowers
whitish. Upper lip of the
corolla deeply cleft, its
two lobes seeming almost
like extra lobes of the
lower lip. Stamens ?
