July 6. Up early & spent most of day sorting, numbering & inventorying yesterday's collections & getting them over the heat. At 12:00 went out to the airport to see Erma Schindler off for Mexico. Met Phil Church, Univ. Wash., who had arrived on the 4th. Also met several of the lab inmates, John Tadrow and a CRELL group, Tolman, a plant ecologist; Grant Walton and Bob Lleldwyn. Also a heavily bearded young Dutch Linnwologist from U. Indiana, with some moths for identification. Managed to identify moths left last week by Kurt Bohnsack.
