Braves. Checked in, were assigned to lab 10, then went to store + got issue clothing - parkas, etc. Talked some more with Max + John + heard details of their last year's forced landing on ice when plane was accidentally refueled with Diesel oil at Arlinz II! Then were given Tour of brand new animal quarters + shop. Saw 4 year-old wolves + 5 brand new ones, plus 2 wolverines. Stopped in to see Frank Pitelka and his group - Frank leaving next week. Drinks + dinner with Braves - at Braves - + Schindler + Pitelka. Managed to get caught up on much news + gossip, after missing 1962 Season
