(see last page) I was able to find a book by John Irving that I liked and read it. It had a good plot, nice characters, and some funny moments. The story took place in New York City during the 1970s. It was about two brothers who were trying to solve a mystery involving their father's disappearance. One brother was more logical and tried to use facts and evidence to find clues. The other brother was more emotional and relied on intuition and feelings. As they worked together, they discovered that there was more to the case than just finding out what happened to their dad. They also learned about themselves and each other along the way.
