sculler one only came
100 yds in front of us. Then
the bore rushed across
with this added volume
great wall
of water, a great wall
15 feet high travelling
with a rush of 15 or more
miles an hour, it was
a wonderful sight, one
that will always remain
indelible on the memory.
There were no gajubs or
other boats on the river
as none could weather
the monster wave,
after the bore had passed
there remained a turbulent
boiling sea of muddy
water heaving and snapping
thinning like a thousand
devils and as rushed
about with water as nature
