Feb. 29th continued: 12-mile Swamp. Audubon Warblers - just a couple working thru the ash. W. Meadowlarks - singing Redwing Blackbirds - not a one in the area. Brewer Blackbirds - a few Purple Finch - a few females or immatures of the previous year in ash toward N end. Oregon Towhees in fence rows. Savannah Sparrows in field along east side of swamp. Oregon Juncos - a few in brush and fence rows. Song Sparrows.- common and singing merrily.
