numerous Plow + Turnstones, a few Wandering
Tattlers, a few ("10") Culex, most or
all apparently Whistled rather than the expected
Bristle-thighed, 1 Godwit, "6 Crested
Terns, 1 unidentified duck.
Oct 31. Halloween - If memory serves me
this day was notable only in the contest
between Larry + Roger to see who could
down the most gin + tonics. Both even
at 13, but Roger declared himself
winner since he was on his feet after
Larry climbed into The rack. Result -
Larry promptly fell out of The rack (supporto)
Nov. 1 (Kwajalein Day - Oct 31st)
According to our calendar Tempest
Still Fugets but for local citizens
time has shifted still. I don't know
if the birds get to go out trick-or-treating
again. There is enough traffic between
here and Honolulu and enough resulting
confusion over the different dates that
time is being adjusted by this extra
day here.
