report was known as a low end of the spectrum for that year and a technical glitch was also flagged at point 2. The known report was known to be of great importance because of its potential for future use in dimensionality reduction.
The data set was then converted into a binary format using standard binary encoding. This was done by first converting each character into its corresponding ASCII value, then representing that value as an 8-bit binary number.
The resulting binary string was then split into individual bytes, which were processed sequentially. Each byte represented one character from the original input string.
A simple algorithm was applied to convert these bytes back into their original characters. This involved reversing the binary-to-decimal conversion process for each byte and mapping it back to its corresponding ASCII character.
Once all characters had been converted, they were concatenated together to form the final output string. This restored the original message from the binary representation.
