Paula and I set off early to open the net
at CCL. We ran them from 7:30 - 11:30 and
caught absolutely nothing.
Meanwhile, I've been
getting progressively sicker and am now suffering
a full-blown headache. I talked with
Celideth de Leon (formerly Mendoza) on the
phone after lunch and she said that the permits
are in order for netting at the Metropolitain
Park and Rodman military base, with the
exception that we are not allowed to work
on the top of the hill or along the road
leading to it - prime LTM territory, I'm
told, but I'm sure we can work around
it. Now I just have to talk with
Alberto and ask him to pick up the permits.
Perhaps he, Paula, and I can go out to
dinner on Friday and plan the week's
work? Only two more days left on Boca
Brava, then.
In the afternoon we did a watch each,
after setting nets at SBE 3, 1, and near
the crossroads. Perhaps tomorrow we'll
have better luck...
Paula thinks she saw ABA ech v WBR sit on
the perch during a post- QR dance bout, but
she wasn't sure
vnb.DM QR w/ YVB (DM) at SLNI.
