For the purpose of this agreement, "Passage" means any person who has been given passage on the vessel.
The owner shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries sustained by passengers during their voyage.
In addition to the above provisions, the owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all persons named herein from any claims arising out of or related to the operation of said vessel.
This agreement shall become effective upon execution thereof by both parties hereto.
