city limits, north of the R.P.
River.
I then drove over the
river P.R.R. to the west beach
road and proceeded south to
the farm of J.A. Ziebarth, wh
is directly opposite the point
where many workings were
noted and a specimen taken ea
of the river. The man who
does all the field work and
irrigating reported that he
had not seen a gather mound
all spring. He knew what I
was talking about, alright.
Last fall I collected a [illegible]
number from a point 1 1/2 miles fa
up the river south east.
The question is — Why don't
they come or up to the edge of
town on the south east where
conditions are as favorable as th
are four miles farther up
the river?
