From the 8th of December, 1907 to the 1st of March, 1908, I was in the field. The birds were very scarce and it is difficult to know the number of species seen.
The overall size of the bird was about that of a Haliaeetus Vinea - small, slender, and round-headed with large headed bill.
A few of no other bird is mentioned hereafter - with a conspicuous yellow forehead, white wingbars, whitish throat, yellow breast/ridger feathers, and white under of belly.
