condition.\n\n(19) The parties agree to cooperate with each other in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals required for the performance of this agreement.\n\n(20) The parties agree to maintain adequate insurance coverage against all risks associated with the performance of this agreement.\n\n(21) The parties agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the
