Shoveler (100+), N. Pintail (2+), Long-billed Curlew (3), Marbled Godwit (2), Am. Avocet (300), dowitcher (sp) (30) - except for the two herons, these species rely more on touch than vision to secure food - no diving birds, coots, gulls, terns, or plovers were noted. Moon not particularly bright - half full.
